Your selections also help the SMA operations team speed up your deployment. Our goal is to find the most qualified associates for the job requirements while striving to provide better work experience for you.
Deployment Flexibility:
Select the choice in each drop-down menu that best describes your deployment flexibility.
•Desired Annual Workload: (Required)
Select the target range of hours you want to work in a given year from the drop-down menu. This will help our operations team understand the amount you want to work during the current calendar year.
•Pay Rate Flexibility: (Required)
Select the pay rate option that matches your personal flexibility. Some companies require a lower pay rate for certain projects. Understanding your flexibility helps our SMA operations team find qualified associates who match the job’s pay rate requirements.
•Expense Flexibility: (Required)
Select the travel and expense (T&E) reimbursement option that matches your personal flexibility. Reimbursable T&E expenses are the costs incurred by the associates on business travel to/from a work location (e.g., airfare, taxi, car rental, personal car mileage), per diem (e.g., lodging and meals), and other allowable reimbursable expenses (e.g., parking, tolls, laundry).
Occasionally a company will limit T&E reimbursements on specific projects. Understanding your flexibility helps our SMA operations team find qualified associates that match the project’s business expense reimbursement requirements.
•Worksite Location: (Required)
Select the option that meets your travel flexibility. Let us know if you are only willing to accept deployments that are within commuting distance or if you are willing to travel longer distances to a deployment location.
•International Travel: (Required)
Select whether you are willing or unwilling to travel outside your country of residence for deployment opportunities.
