The My Availability data screen allows you to select the days when you are not available for deployment. Also, if you are currently working at a deployment, you can select dates when you planned to be absent. These entries can be made in two ways:
• Click and drag from the start date to the end date of the period you plan
to be unavailable for deployment. Then select your availability status from the
drop-down menu, check the dates, and add any comments that you see fit. Then
click the save and close button to save your entry.
• Click on the start date of the period you plan to be unavailable for
deployment. Then enter the end date, select your availability status from the
drop-down menu and add any comments that you see fit. Finally, click the save
and close button to save your entry.
