The My Availability data screen allows you to select the days when you are not available for deployment. Also, if you are currently working at a deployment, you can select dates when you planned to be absent. These entries can be made in two ways:
•Click and drag from the start date to the end date of the period you plan 
to be unavailable for deployment. Then select your availability status from the 
drop-down menu, check the dates, and add any comments that you see fit. Then 
click the save and close button 
 to 
save your entry. 
•Click on the start date of the period you plan to be unavailable for 
deployment. Then enter the end date, select your availability status from the 
drop-down menu and add any comments that you see fit. Finally, click the save 
and close button 
 to save your entry.
