International Resources data entry screen

The International Resources data entry screen allows you to enter information on foreign language skills, citizenships you hold, and any work permits that allow you to work in a given country.

 

Acquired Language Skills:

Use the two-step process to indicate your language skill proficiency.

Step 1: Select your language

      Language: (Optional)

Select languages that you speak and/or write from the drop-down menu. If you do not find the language, you wish to add, select “Other” from the menu.

      Written Proficiency: (Optional)

Select the option that best describes your proficiency level in writing the language.

      Oral Proficiency: (Optional)

Select the option that best describes your proficiency level in speaking the language.

Step 2: Add selected Language/Proficiencies to list.

Verify the language, written proficiency, and spoken proficiency selections you made.

Click the  button to include your selections on the My Acquired Languages table. You must make a selection for each of the above categories before you can click the  button. You can select a maximum of 10 languages/proficiencies. Use the  button to delete any language/proficiency entries from your list.

 

Citizenship(s) Currently Held:

This field reflects your country of citizenship listed in our HR system. Contact the TOD® Team  to make any changes to this entry and we will also make changes to the HR and payroll systems.

If applicable, tell us if you hold additional citizenships.

      Country of Citizenship: (Optional)

Select the country where you hold citizenship from the drop down menu.

Click the  button to include your selection on the My Current Citizenship(s) table. You can select a maximum of 10 countries where you hold citizenship. Use the  button to delete any citizenship entries from your list.

 

Work Permit(s) Currently Held:

If applicable, tell us if you have any valid permits or visas to work in another country or countries.

      Country of Work Permit: (Optional)

Select the country where you are legally able to work from the drop down menu.

      Expiration Date: (Optional)

Select the expiration date of your work permit from the pop-up calendar or type the date as MM/DD/YYYY. The selected expiration date must still be valid.

Click the  button to include your selections on the My Current Work Permits table. You can select a maximum of 10 countries where you hold a work permit or visa. Use the  button to delete any work permits from your list.
