Add/Edit Certification data entry screen

List your professional certifications and provide supporting documentation.

What to enter in each field:

      Certification Title: (Required)

Select the name of the professional certification you have earned or select “Other – Please specify” to enter a new certification title in the text box provided.

      Check if certification is not listed: (Optional)

If you do not find the certification title in the drop-down menu, tick the checkbox and enter a new certification title in the text box provided.

      Year: (Required)

Enter a valid 4-digit year when you obtained the certification. [Examples]

      Certification ID: (Optional)

If applicable, enter a certification ID that uniquely identifies your professional certification credentials.

      Upload Document: (Optional)

You may store a copy of your professional certificate in TOD®. Please use Adobe Acrobat (pdf), Microsoft Word (doc, docx), or PowerPoint (ppt) formats.

Use the built-in document tools to  upload,  download, and  delete your certification document.
